Ireland’s former European commissioner Phil Hogan declared €1 million in annual revenues from his consultancy firm.

Hogan, who resigned his post as Trade Commissioner in the wake of the 2020 ‘Golf-gate’ controversy has declared the income from client work in official records submitted in Brussels.

The declaration on the EU Transparency Register shows the estimated annual revenue from the relevant activities in 2022 was greater than or equal to €1 million. The business activity was ...
