Flutter seeks to move primary listing to New York

Peter Jackson, the chief executive of Flutter, has hailed the firm’s move to the New York Stock Exchange as a “pivotal moment”, as the group looks to tighten its grasp on the lucrative US market.

The gambling giant officially delisted from its secondary listing on the Irish stock exchange from 8AM this morning and will commence trading on Wall Street at 9.30AM ET (2.30PM Irish time).
