Flutter shares could take short-term hit if shareholders sign off primary listing move

The gambling company will not be included in UK indices and it could take time for US indices to allow entry

Flutter’s share price could take a short-term hit if shareholders vote to move its primary listing from the UK to the US at the beginning of next month.

At the company’s annual general meeting on 1 May shareholders will be asked to vote for the transfer of the primary listing from the London Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
