Flutter revenue grows to £9.5 billion as monthly players increase

Revenue in Ireland and Britain at gambling giant increased 15 per cent to £2.4 billion

Gambling giant Flutter, which owns Paddy Power, has said it expects to report total group revenue of £9.5 billion (€11 billion) for 2023.

Annual monthly players increased 20 per cent last year to 12 million, according to a trading update from the group.

In the United States, there was a 33 per cent increase in average monthly players, while sportsbook stakes were up 53 per cent and gaming revenue increased 49 per cent.
