Flexiwage launches in US and Britain

Waterford-based Flexiwage, which allows employees to personally schedule when they get paid, is launching in the US and Britain.

Through software created by the financial technology company, employers process payroll as normal every month but employees are given the option to decide when their salary is paid into their accounts.
