Fitzpatrick and Heavey Homes snap up Eurometals for €3m

Prime facility in Saggart, Dublin, made building materials company a perfect fit for residential development firm

Eurometals, the Irish construction materials firm, has been acquired by businessmen Michael Heavey and Ciarán Fitzpatrick as part of a €3 million deal.

The pair behind Fitzpatrick and Heavey Homes, the residential development firm, completed the purchase of the Dublin-based firm in August.

Eurometals, which produces metal and plastic products for the building industry, is based out of a 20,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility at Greenogue Business Park in Saggart, Co Dublin. It ...
