Financial service sector overtakes tech in flexible office space demand

The tech sector has been overtaken by professional and financial services firms in the flexible office market space, with the latter now dominating lease deals, new data from Savills has shown.

The trend represents a large shift in the flexible office space, which has typically been dominated by tech firms.
