Aspects of the EU migration pact are “uncomfortable” and may end up being challenged in the Irish or European courts, a Fianna Fáil MEP has said.

Barry Andrews, who is running for the European Parliament again in the Dublin constituency, was responding to questions from the Business Post about new border centres to be set up in Ireland under the EU’s Migration and Asylum Pact.
