Housing stock levels nationwide reached a “record low”, new figures have shown, amid concerns that residential property price inflation is hearing up.

10,935 homes were listed for sale in the first quarter of the year, according to MyHome.ie. This is 19.5 per cent lower than a year earlier, and comes as house prices have risen by 6.5 per cent nationally in the same time period.
