Expleo to open new office in Limerick, eyes further growth in the north-west
The French IT company, which was responsible for testing the Covid tracing app, expects to reach 1,000 staff in Ireland within 18 months
Expleo Group, the IT testing multinational, will open its sixth Irish office in Limerick later this year and has plans for a seventh in the north-west.
The French-headquartered multinational has 750 staff in Ireland, and has a target of growing that to 1,000 by the end of 2024. The Limerick office is expected to create around 15 roles.
“We always look at how we manage resources, but I have been vocal about people saying the IT sector is in the doldrums. For companies focused on Ireland, like Expleo, there’s a huge opportunity,” Phil Codd, the firm’s managing director for Ireland, told the Business Post.
