Expleo Group, the IT testing multinational, will open its sixth Irish office in Limerick later this year and has plans for a seventh in the north-west.

The French-headquartered multinational has 750 staff in Ireland, and has a target of growing that to 1,000 by the end of 2024. The Limerick office is expected to create around 15 roles.

“We always look at how we manage resources, but I have been vocal about people saying the IT sector is in the doldrums. For companies focused on Ireland, like Expleo, there’s a huge opportunity,” Phil Codd, the firm’s managing director for Ireland, told the Business Post.
