The latest draft includes confirmation of significant changes to Ireland’s planning system, including new timelines for decision-making, a significant restructuring of An Bord Pleanála and reform of the judicial review system all proposed.

Publication of the legislation, which was released at 9pm on Tuesday, has come seven weeks after the document was approved by cabinet.
