Exclusive: Actavo group chief executive to be replaced by former AIB boss

Staff were told on Friday afternoon that Brian Kelly is leaving the business after six years in charge

Actavo, which Denis O’Brien first acquired in 2012 when the business was known as Siteserv, specialises in the delivery of network infrastructure construction

The chief executive of Actavo, the engineering services firm owned by Denis O’Brien, has departed the company, the Business Post has learned.

On Friday afternoon, staff in Actavo were informed that Brian Kelly, the group’s chief executive for the past six years, has left the business.

It’s understood the company’s chair Colm Doherty, who is a former managing director of AIB, will take on an executive role at Actavo following Kelly’s departure.
