EPA head: judicial reviews are a right, but must be speedier

People have the right to seek judicial reviews, but the process needs to be quicker, according to the director general of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Laura Burke told the Business Post that people had a right to seek a judicial review on environmental or other grounds, and “that is the long and short of it”.
