Enoch Burke will remain in prison until at least December unless he commits to not attending the Co Westmeath school he was sacked from earlier this year.

The Evangelical schoolteacher, who has been in prison since the start of September, was returned to Mountjoy after he refused to purge his contempt by undertaking to abide by a court order.
