The full scale of Eli Lilly’s investment in a new biopharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Limerick will reach at least €1.2 billion, the Business Post can reveal.

The US pharma giant originally announced that the project would involve a €400 million investment and create 500 jobs, but senior industry sources have confirmed that it is much more significant in scale.
