Eamon Waters’ investment firm has been told by Dublin City Council to revise its planned demolition and redevelopment of Textile House near Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.

Sretaw PE, which is owned by the founder of Panda Waste, has drawn up plans for the partial demolition of Textile House, which is located beside Peter’s Pub and opposite the Grafton Hotel.
