It follows a €3.6 million funding injection in 2020 from the large London-headquartered growth capital investor
Action24, a Dublin-based security firm, has closed on a second significant funding round of €3 million provided by BGF, a large British private equity firm.
It is the second round of funding from BGF, after its €3.6 million injection in 2020 in which it acquired a significant minority stake in the firm.
BGF continues to hold a minority stake in the Sandyford company, which employs 87 people.
