Dublin Port boss to warn of ‘major’ economic consequences if capacity is not met

The head of Dublin Port is going to warn that there will be a “major negative impact” on the Irish economy if it is not allowed to expand its capacity.

The port is currently in the midst of a row with Eamon Ryan, the Minister for Transport, about its plan to increase capacity at Dublin Port by 2040.
