Mobico, the owner of Dublin Express, is eyeing further expansion in the Irish market with an additional airport route expected to launch in the first half of 2024.

In its annual results published on Monday the coach operator said the Irish business “continues to grow and expand”.

At the beginning of the year the London-listed company retained its contract to operate the airport to city services from departures until 2027.

It said the market was “buoyant” thanks to ongoing airport growth and it would launch another service to south Dublin in the first six months of the year.
