The head of Dublin Bus has said he feared for the safety of staff and passengers as riots raged across the capital last night and one driver was assaulted in one of a slew of violent incidents.
Speaking to the Business Post, Billy Hann, the chief executive at Dublin Bus, said he was forced to curtail services over fears that more staff members or travellers would be injured in the riots.
