Dublin-based Tekenable acquires Salesforce partner Tether

The purchase is the latest in a splurge of M&A action from Irish tech SMEs

Tekenable, a Dublin-based tech business, has purchased Tether, a Salesforce partner based in Dublin.

The combined business will have 190 staff and projected annual revenues of €21.5 million.

Tekenable has clients in Ireland, Hungary, Spain and the UK with Tether’s UK presence cited by the business as one of the main motivations behind the acquisition. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
