Dublin 4 neighbours face off in High Court over right-of-way dispute

Trial hears allegations of demands for a €2m property and sums of money, a ‘ransom strip’ and illegal dumping

A well-known solicitor faced off in the High Court last week against his boom-time property investor neighbour in a trial which heard claims about a Dublin 4 ‘ransom strip’ of land, a Bentley, and an alleged demand for a €2 million house.
