Domino’s acquires Ireland’s largest franchise for €72m

Domino’s Pizza Group (DPG) has acquired Ireland’s largest franchise and is aims to expand their presence in the country.

In a stock exchange notice on Tuesday the company said it had signed a binding agreement to purchase Shorecal Limited, which it already had a 15 per cent stake in, for €72 million. Domino’s will also repay the company’s outstanding debt of €19.9 million upon completion.
