DUP warns Sunak not to leave Northern Ireland ‘abandoned to the EU’

The DUP has said it will not return to power-sharing in Northern Ireland if the region is left “abandoned to the EU”.

Rishi Sunak, the UK prime minister, is holding talks with Stormont leaders today in an effort to sell a new Brexit agreement to the DUP.
