Ammi Burke’s refusal to stop shouting “whilst pounding the lectern” during a recent legal challenge concerning her termination from Arthur Cox ultimately resulted in the case being dismissed, a High Court judge has found.

Ms Justice Marguerite Bolger said there was “no justification” for Burke’s actions at a hearing last month, which she said involved a “loud, scripted mantra of objections” and resulted in the case “descending into chaos”.
