Court chair says some staff impacted by 200 layoffs 'feel frustrated and very disappointed’ with how the process was handled

The Labour Court has said it is “regrettable” that staff at Indeed, the recruitment firm, were not “facilitated” to engage with the company during talks to decide the outcome of plans to lay off around 200 staff in Ireland.

Kevin Foley, chairman of the Labour Court, said he was aware that some staff at the company impacted by job cuts “feel frustrated and very disappointed with their treatment by their employer” during the process.
