Dilosk to acquire Ulster Bank’s €400m portfolio of mortgages
The financial services company promised continuity of services for customers
Dilosk, the Irish financial services firm, has entered into an agreement to acquire Ulster Bank’s €400 million residential portfolio of mortgages.
The company promised a “seamless” integration of mortgage customers into its existing ICS Mortgages business, “ensuring continuity of service and terms for all transferring customers”.
