Ballymore, the Irish property development firm controlled by Sean Mulryan, has warned a Dublin council it risks stifling the development of new housing for the next six years unless changes are made to its forthcoming development plan.
The well-known housebuilder has criticised Fingal County Council’s draft development plan, which will cover 2023 to 2029, for the zoning decisions it makes when it comes to residential development.
