Keith Craddock’s Red Rock Developments is at odds with Dublin City Council over its plans to develop a new 91-bedroom aparthotel on Dublin’s Foley Street.
The development company has appealed to the state’s planning regulator after the council ordered it to reduce the height of the property from 10 storeys to 9 due to concerns it would “dominate the streetscape”.
