Dermot Desmond is seeking to have an expert report by Nobel laureate economist Joseph Stiglitz excluded from his Panama Papers defamation case against the Irish Times.

Desmond, who is suing the newspaper over an article on the so-called Panama Papers, has argued that Joseph Stiglitz’s evidence was inadmissible because it was irrelevant and “blatantly partial”.
