Dermot Desmond firm involved in Titanic Quarter development posts £2.3m loss for 2022

Titanic Property Development Limited, a company part controlled by Dermot Desmond, had a loss of £2.3 million (€2.6 million) in 2022, an increase on the previous year’s loss of £1.7 million, new company accounts show.

The company, controlled by Desmond and Pat Doherty, the Harcourt Developments founder, is involved in the development of the 161.5 acre site at the Titanic Quarter in Belfast.
