Deliveroo reports improved sales as food inflation drives higher order values

Deliveroo, the British food delivery company, has reported higher sales for the third quarter of this year on the back of strong demand and a recovery in order numbers in its core markets of Britain and Ireland

The London-listed multinational business posted a 5 per cent rise in sales by gross transaction value (GTV) across the group in the third quarter, helping revenues rise 3 per cent to £487 million (€560 million).
