Defendants in Dolphin Trust-linked cases set for mediation

Defendants in two sets of Dolphin Trust-linked High Court cases are scheduled to mediate the dispute later this month, the Business Post understands.

The mediation, which is scheduled to take place in two weeks, will include defendants in cases taken by liquidators of two special purpose vehicles (SPVs) set up to channel Irish investments to German Property Group, formerly called Dolphin Trust.
