Declan Ganley’s Rivada seeks funding for multibillion-dollar satellite project

Rivada Networks, Declan Ganley’s telecommunications company, is in talks to raise several billion dollars in debt and equity to fund the construction of its proposed satellite constellation.

Ganley’s company has in the last two months signed contracts with a satellite manufacturing company and with Elon Musk’s SpaceX to handle the launch.
