Lawyers for Declan Ganley’s Rivada Networks have asked a court in Washington DC to strike out with prejudice a defamation case taken against it by a rival Chinese-backed company.

Kleo AG is suing Rivada over what it claims were defamatory comments made by Ganley on a podcast in March of 2022.
