Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien is “highly unlikely” to meet the Christmas deadline he set for enacting the laws that would overhaul the planning system by slashing red tape.
In August, O’Brien said the “radical” new Planning and Development Bill, the third-largest piece of legislation in the history of the state, will be enacted before the end of the year.
