Dalata buys new London hotel at Finsbury Park for £44.3 million

Newly finished hotel, the group’s first Maldron in London, consists of 192 bedrooms, ground floor lobby and a restaurant and bar

Dalata, Ireland’s largest hotel group, has acquired a new 192-bedroom hotel at Finsbury Park, North London for £44.3 million.

The newly finished hotel, which has never traded, consists of 192 bedrooms, ground floor lobby and a restaurant and bar.

Prior to opening this summer, Dalata will invest in excess of £2 million to enhance the property and launch under the Maldron brand, according to a statement from the hotel group.
