Daft: House prices down for the first time since 2020

House prices have fallen by 0.5 per cent year on year between March and June compared to the same period in 2022, the first drop since 2020, according to a new report published by Daft.

The average house price for the period was €309,648, which was up on a quarterly basis by 2.4 per cent..
