Customer support provider eDesk to create 150 jobs

Dublin-based e-commerce business is creating the jobs over the next 18 months across its locations in Dublin, Skibbereen, Derry and a new office in the United States

Dermot O’Connor, chief executive of eDesk, told the Business Post that the investment in new staff was to “move as quickly as we can to corner as much of the market that will be available.”

E-commerce platform eDesk, formerly known as Xsellco, is to create 150 new jobs in addition to the 100 people it currently employs over the next 18 months.

The Dublin-based business provides a customer support helpdesk platform to enable support agents to answer queries faster.
