CRH, the buildings materials giant, recorded double-digit profit and sales growth for the first half of this year despite multiple inflationary headwinds and challenges in the construction materials market.
Announcing half year results on Thursday, CRH reported a 35 per cent increase in operating profits for the first six months of 2022 to just under $1.4 billion, as profit margins expanded from a robust 9.2 per cent.
