Developer Pat Crean is to be called as a witness in a lawsuit a subsidiary of his property group has taken against Dublin City University (DCU), the High Court has heard.

The case is over a €3.76 million deposit which Atlas Limited Partnership, a subsidiary of Crean’s Marlet Property Group, wants DCU to return after the purchase of land in Glasnevin was not completed.
