Coveney to travel to Abu Dhabi this week for trade conference
Negotiations will focus on reform of the World Trade Organisation’s dispute settlement mechanism, agriculture and food security
Simon Coveney has travelled to Abu Dhabi this week for the World Trade Organisation (WTO) ministerial conference.
The trade minister will attend two meetings of the EU Foreign Affairs Council and will also hold bilateral meetings with EU counterparts and ministers from the WTO membership including Katherine Tai, the US trade representative.
