Council denies Eamon Waters’ Chancery Hotel planning for penthouse suite

Dublin City Council has refused to grant an Eamon Waters-founded hotel group planning permission to build a penthouse suite at its Chancery Hotel, citing potential implications to Dublin Castle.

The eight storey Chancery Hotel - located at Ship Street Great in Dublin 8 - is due to open for business this autumn to become the latest addition to Waters’ - the founder of Panda Waste - expanding Sretaw Hotel Group.
