The Comer Group’s project to complete the landmark Sentinel building in Sandyford is in jeopardy due to conditions imposed on the developer by the local council, the Business Post has learned.

Last month, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council granted the group, headed by billionaire Galway brothers Luke and Brian Comer, planning permission to complete the 14-storey south Dublin building as an apartment block.
