Cork developer fails in his bid to object to neighbour’s personal insolvency arrangement

Cork developer Michael O’Flynn has failed in his bid to object to the personal insolvency arrangement of his neighbour after a High Court judge found he had not sufficiently engaged with the process.

Mr Justice Alexander Owens said participation in the process depended on a creditor proving their debt which, the court heard, O’Flynn had not done. He awarded costs of bringing the case against O’Flynn.
