Irish commercial property deals sunk to one of the lowest levels ever recorded in Q2 2023, as rising borrowing costs saw investors shy away from the market.

Just 26 deals with a combined value of €333 million were closed between April and June of this year, according to research by Sherry Fitzgerald Group, with activity in the period sharply lower than during the first quarter.
