The Comer Group has appealed a mandate by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to include more three-bed apartments in the redevlopment of the landmark Sentinel building in Sandyford.
Last month, a company owned by billionaire Galway brothers Luke and Brian Comer was granted planning permission to complete the 14-storey south Dublin building as an apartment block.
