Clerys tenants to move into historic department store ahead of autumn reopening

Building’s restoration and construction of new office space has been completed and anchor tenants will take possession this week

Tenants are to begin moving into the historic redeveloped Clerys department store on Dublin’s O’Connell Street from this week.

Core Capital, the company behind the development, confirmed that its four-year project to restore the 170-year-old building had been completed and that tenants including H&M, Flannels and Press Up are to take possession to begin fitting out the space.
