A claim by Lord of the Dance star Michael Flatley that alleged damage to his Castlehyde home in Cork was worth €25 million is “unsubstantiated”, a High Court judge has said.

Mr Justice Denis McDonald admitted the lawsuit, launched by Flatley last year, into the High Court’s commercial list this morning despite questioning the basis for valuing it at €25 million.
