Circle in talks with AIB to deliver large-scale social housing project

An approved housing body (AHB) is in talks with AIB to deliver hundreds of new homes across several “direct-build” social housing schemes, its chief executive has said.

John Hannigan, the chief executive of Circle Voluntary Housing Association, said the firm hoped to close a deal on a “large-scale” project that would result in up to 600 new homes being built across Dublin and surrounding counties.
